About MumDoc

From surviving to serving, MumDoc was born from the quiet, unseen moments of survival, created by a doctor and mother who understands the challenges of single parenting and trauma recovery. MumDoc offers practical help, honest conversation and hope, grounded in science and psychology, to guide you through difficult times.

What makes MumDoc different?

MumDoc is not just another wellness or parenting site — it’s a space built at the intersection of professional knowledge and deeply personal lived experience. I know first-hand what it’s like to face trauma, burnout, and single motherhood without a clear roadmap. That’s why MumDoc combines the insight of a doctor with the raw honesty of someone who’s walked the road myself. Here, there’s no sugar-coating, no unrealistic “just try harder” advice — only evidence-based tools, compassionate guidance, and a deep understanding of the emotional, physical, and spiritual challenges women face in rebuilding their lives.

Looking ahead, my vision for MumDoc is to grow into a trusted global resource for single mothers and trauma survivors. With a library of affordable, actionable mini-courses, practical toolkits, and a supportive online community free from judgment or toxic comparison. With collaborations with mental health professionals, there will be access to workshops that meet women where they are, and resources that are accessible no matter your budget or background. My hope is that MumDoc becomes a lifeline for women who feel alone, helping them move from surviving to thriving — not just for themselves, but for the next generation they are raising.
